IACA is providing Technical Training in partnership with Safety Works Global Limited, who are the Global Licenced Provider of The Engineering, Construction, Industry Training Board (ECITB) UK This Partnership is the first International Accredited Training provider in Tanzania.
Training Facilities & CurriculumIACA Limited will partner with Safety Works Global Ltd , operating under their ECITB accreditation license, to set up the training facilities and prepare the curriculums for sector specific courses to meet employers needs.

IACA will deliver International Competency in Engineering (ICE) Level 2 and Level 3 knowledge and competency tests and a full range of apprenticeship trade skills courses, including testing Mechanics, Electricians, Pipefitters, Welders, Instrumentation & Controls, Riggers, Scaffolders etc.
NACTE AccreditationNational accreditation will be provided by the Tanzanian regulator, namely National Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (NACTVET)

First ECITB Rigging Courses in TanzaniaEarlier this year we completed the first International accreditation of 29 Riggers at Geita Goldmine. Part of the Rigger qualification was the International Health and Safety Passport Scheme (IHSP).
TPC in MoshiHSE training of Senior Management at TPC. Other members of the Sugar Producers Association of Tanzania (TSPA) (Kilombero, Mtibwa and Kagera) all attended and qualified in Advanced and Supervisor IHSP Courses.

British Week 2022Held in Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania.
In June 2022 at British Business Group Exhibition, together with Safety Works, ECITB UK and IACA . KilomberoVisiting Kilombero Sugar Company with ECITB Business Development Manager, Jason Riley and Safety Works Managing Director, Michael Sherriffs and had a tour of their facilities kindly hosted by Manufacturing Head Etienne Rousseau. Great to see their Safety Systems of work and exciting times as they expand production.

Support of ECITB in Dodoma at the TVET Conference hosted by NACTVETModerating a session on the role of ICT in TVET and many thanks to NACTVET for organizing the conference here in Dodoma. Also thanks to Thomas Gunleiksrud from ITS Learning who are partnering with NACTVET to provide blended learning (Face to Face and e-learning) to Tanzania and also El Mahdi Belkhair from Seabery Solmatic for his presentation on Virtual training equipment for Welders.
Our New Admin & Training ManagerNema Tuma recently completed a IOSH Managing Safety Course and is now registered with ECITB to deliver the full range of International Health and Safety Passports (Foundation, Advanced, Supervisory and Environmental)
