IACA is developing technical training center's, apprenticeship programs and skills assessments for Tanzanian trades people. Connecting Trades people with Employers in Tanzania and abroad.
Established in 2021
IACA will establish the facilities, develop the training curriculum and qualifications, and train the trainers from the local market. IACA will also be able to provide customers wishing to test the competency of their existing workforce, an “on-the-job” service. They will have their facilities approved to test staff, approve their own trainers to carry out testing - all under an approved and accepted ECITB quality assured system.
